SAMPAA events
The Science & Management of Protected Areas Association holds international conferences where academics and professionals can present research, and discuss current conservation and management topics. We have organized six international conferences since 1991, hosted at five different Canadian Universities.
In addition to academic paper sessions, SAMPAA conferences allow delegates to experience local protected areas, music and art. Celebrating local environment and culture is an enriching and popular feature of these events.
